This morning, DGSO arrested Tria Evans, 38, Lawrence, and Christina Towell, 37, Leavenworth, for the death of Joel Wales.
Wales was killed in a residence in the 1100 Blk of E1200 Rd, south of Lawrence, on November 3, 2017, shortly after 9 p.m. On that night, first responders were dispatched to a residential fire with the sound of gunshots in the area.
